The self-catering cottage boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, including fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with hob, microwave.

The open plan living area with comfy sofa and large cuddle chair, 40 “ freeview TV with hdmi and usb ports. Table and four stools ( these can double up as side tables too) variety of family games in open up pouffe.

Hotel style bathroom with large walk in shower with rainfall head shower, heated towel rail, towels are provided. This can be accessed directly from the living area or main bedroom.

The main bedroom has a comfy king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There is a 32 “ TV with usb and hdmi ports.

The second upstairs mezzanine bedroom with twin beds is ideally suited for children as the beds are slightly narrower singles and there is restricted head height. Please note, there is no door , the stairs lead directly into the bedroom.

Outside there is a patio area with table and four chairs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden , please keep pets and children off the flower beds.

The heating and hot water is administered via an air source heat pump, we also have solar panels so the property is up to date with the latest energy efficiency measures.
